Lucy was an older dog when we adopted her. She had spent the bulk of her life as a breeding dog and when she approached the age her owner considered "too old to breed" she was given away to a small family.
After one short year the family was force to move and was unable to take Lucy. We came across the "free to a good home" ad the family had placed and went to see her. We instantly fell in love with Lucy. She was truly the sweetest dog we had ever met. We didn't care that she was lumpy and bumpy or that her poor belly sagged to the floor. We just knew she was right for us and couldn't wait to spoil her rotten.
It wasn't long before we noticed Lucy constantly scratching
her ears and biting at her paws. She also seemed less than eager to eat her food. It turns out our sweet girl had food allergies. Wanting the best for her, we decided to make homemade dog chow and dog treats. Soon Lucy's scratching diminished and she adored mealtime. Her fur became increasingly
soft and shiny. We also noticed her tinkle no longer killed the grass. In fact, the grass flurished where she "watered it". With the adoption of our baby Logi we also found the same to be true.
Word quickly spread of ur fresh baked dog treats. We began receiving numerous requests and soon Natertot Bakery was born.
It is not just dogs that have always
captured our hearts. We are strong lovers of cats as well and currently have 3 "kitty kids" - Nemo, Tiny, and Mini.
Our dogs love these treats and we are sure your dogs will, too.
